An elegant Sangiovese Blend 50/50 of Sangiovese and Sangiovese Grosso. A great food wine. This started out as a tribute wine for the family's beloved Australian Shepard, Fred. The initial vintage was 2018 using purchased wine, but the subsequent vintages using estate fruit have become more refined and elegant. Fred would be proud. Enjoy!

aroma, apparent notes of pepper and graceful mid palate. Its
subtle structure and medium body makes this fruit-forward wine

Deep color and flavor with a very nice finish.Flavors of black cherry pie with a hint of vanilla accompanied by a pleasant brightness. The mouthfeel is rich with balanced tannins and culminates in a finish of dark chocolate covered tart cherries.

This is a full-bodied wine in structure. These estate Petite Sarah offers flavors of black currant, bramble and baking spice.
