An elegant Sangiovese Blend 50/50 of Sangiovese and Sangiovese Grosso. A great food wine. This started out as a tribute wine for the family's beloved Australian Shepard, Fred. The direct vintage was 2018, but the subsequent vintages have become more refined and elegant -- truly elegant wines. Fred would be proud. Enjoy!

No Italian celebration is complete without a sparkling wine! Our sparkling rosé is made from 100% estate Sangiovese and completed in "Metodo Classio", the natural second fermentation that takes place in the bottle similar to the making of champagne. Enjoy!

This wine has ripe raspberry flavors and vibrant acidity balanced with some
richness on the palate with a clean, long finish.

This estate Sauvignon Blanc is truly exceptional. Rich flavors of citrus and pear true to it's varietal character. Whole cluster pressing and barrel fermentation contribute to the fullness of the flavor profile and a lasting impression on the palate. Enjoy!

A very well balanced Bordeaux style blend of 70/30 Semillon with our estate Sauvignon Blanc. This has been a customer favorite as an alternative to a straight Sauvignon Blanc. Grapefruit carries into the palate with hints of passion and green apple. A rich mouthfeel and a solid acid backbone lead into
a long, vivid finish. Enjoy!

This Rosato is an Italian styled Rosé with a 50/50 blend of estate Sangiovese and Barbera. It is a perfect wine as a bridge between white and red wines and ideal for the warmer weather. Enjoy!

This is a dry rosato with wild strawberry flavors, and still vibrant with youth and mouthwatering acidity. The slender, dry palate is made all the more lively with hints of blood orange and a refreshing, clean finish. 

2023 San Francisco Chronicle "Gold Medal"

Colline, pronounced "Collinay" in Italian, means hills. In our case the rolling hills of the Sierras.

This heritage blend is a true expression of Amador fruit. A mix of ripe raspberry, black cherry and bramble are highlighted
with hints of cardamom and brown spice. The wine’s satisfying mouth feel and refined tannins lead into a pleasing, juicy finish. Enjoy!

This Zin is distinctively Amador with its pretty red berry aroma, apparent notes of pepper and graceful mid palate. Its
subtle structure and medium body makes this fruit-forward wine suitable for a variety of occasions whether it be on its own as an
aperitif or dinner with friends. Enjoy!

2023 San Francisco Chronicle "Silver Medal"

Il Tallone ("Eel Tallo-nay") in Italian means the heel or in this case the heel of the boot as a tribute to Italy's Salento Peninsula. A blend of Primitvo and Syrah. A supple red with luscious and rounded flavors, supported by velvety tannins with a mix of dried and fresh berry flavors. Enjoy!

A classic Rhone variety that also does very well in our growing region. Full bodied and Lucious. Enjoy!

Layers of dried boysenberry and cherry, black licorice, open upto an array of blue and black black-fruit flavors. While this Syrah is more fruit forward than savory, its broad mid-palate and moderate tannins weave into a finish of cherry cola with hints of cocoa and cedar.
